Phase 1 Overview: Focus on Fuse L1

The first phase of the Ember Points Program is all about exploring the current Layer 1 Fuse Network. A total of 2.08 million FUSE tokens (20% of the total airdrop allocation) has been set aside to reward users for completing tasks and interacting with Fuse’s dApps and platforms.

Program Duration: Phase 1 starts today and runs until the launch of the Ember Layer 2 mainnet.

Social Engagement:
- Follow Fuse on X, Telegram, and Discord
- Join our email waitlist.
- Invite friends to join the Fuse community.
Ecosystem Exploration:

- Provide liquidity on Voltage pools.
- Stake tokens, trade on Artrific NFT Marketplace, and bridge funds to Fuse.

Each task earns points, which will later be redeemable for FUSE tokens on the Ember L2 mainnet.

Airdrop Distribution: Rewards and Mechanics

To ensure a balanced token economy and avoid selling pressure, rewards from Phase 1 will follow a vesting and burning mechanism:

Initial Allocation: 25% of earned tokens are available for immediate claim.
Vesting Period: The remaining 75% vests over 270 days.
Burning Mechanism: Early claims result in token burns. The earlier you claim, the higher the percentage burned.

Example:

If you claim 75% of your allocation after 180 days, 33.4% of the remaining tokens are burned.
Wait the full 270 days, and you can claim your entire allocation without any burns.

This system rewards patience and activity while discouraging premature claims, ensuring a healthy distribution of FUSE tokens.

Points Breakdown

The number of points you earn depends on the complexity and impact of each task. High-value activities, like providing liquidity or interacting with DeFi platforms, earn more points than simpler tasks like following on social media.

These points translate directly into FUSE token rewards, with the exact conversion rate to be announced at a later stage.

Total Rewards Allocation

The Ember Points Program is divided into four phases, with the following reward breakdown:

Phase 1: 2.08 million FUSE (20%) for user-focused quests on L1 Fuse Network.
Phase 2: 3.12 million FUSE (30%) for existing protocols and dApps to integrate our new network.
Phase 3: 1.04 million FUSE (10%) for user quests on the new Fuse Flash testnet.
Phase 4: 4.16 million FUSE (40%) for token migration incentives.
