We got some great news! The Netstats Dashboard will officially migrate to Google Cloud on September 20th, 2024. This upgrade will significantly improve the performance and reliability of the dashboard, providing a smoother experience for everyone monitoring the Fuse network.
Key Details:
- Migration Date: September 20th, 2024
- Dashboard Access: You’ll continue to have access during the migration, but some validator nodes may take 5-10 minutes to resync on the dashboard once the migration is complete. Sync times may vary depending on network conditions.
- Temporary Sync Issues: If your node doesn’t show up on the dashboard after the migration, simply restart your Docker container called “netstats” by running the following command: <docker container restart netstats>.
What This Means for Validators & Node Operators:
- Improved Performance: The move to Google Cloud will boost the stability and speed of the dashboard, allowing for more accurate and real-time node monitoring.
- Mainnet Focus: This migration only affects Mainnet nodes, as the Testnet has already been updated.
- Simple Fix: If your node doesn’t appear on the dashboard after the migration, a quick Docker container restart will fix the issue.
What This Means for Netstats Dashboard Users:
The migration to Google Cloud will bring faster load times, better accuracy of node data, and a more reliable dashboard for monitoring the health of the Fuse network.
