Popular Multichain Wallet BitKeep Now Supports Fuse

Popular multichain wallet BitKeep has activated support for the Fuse Network blockchain. Users can now use BitKeep to store, send and receive FUSE and other Fuse-native assets and interact with the Fuse dApps

Over the last few months, Fuse has seen a significant increase in adoption and brand recognition in the crypto space, and we are not slowing down in our efforts to propel the platform into the top ranks of the EVM chains.

Multichain wallets are an important component of ensuring wider adoption as they enable users who are not currently interacting with a blockchain to discover it and give it a try. Popular multichain wallets also serve as tools of quality control providing a certain degree of reassurance that the chains and decentralized applications (dApps) they select for inclusion are legitimate and trustworthy.

The Fuse team has been working to get the Fuse Network blockchain featured in major mobile wallets, hence we are happy to announce the integration with leading crypto wallet provider Bitkeep.

A global gateway to the crypto asset world

Bitkeep is a popular multichain cryptocurrency wallet and dApp browser particularly focused on decentralized finance (DeFi). Bitkeep boasts more than 5 million users in more than 168 countries worldwide. It supports more than 40 major blockchains and more than 45 thousand crypto assets. It also has versions in more than 10 languages.

BitKeep users are offered a single convenient mobile app to manage accounts on several blockchains they are active on using a single mnemonic phrase. There are several default chains to which users can add others that interest them, which automatically creates accounts on the latter. For each chain, users can choose assets with which they would like to transact using BitKeep, and there is extensive information available on each of the assets, including market charts.

Bitkeep integrates directly with and aggregates a range of major decentralized exchanges, including Uniswap, Sushiswap, Pancakeswap, Curve, Quickswap, Mdex and so on. It also connects users to multi-chain bridge providers, including, among others, the native BkBridge, Binance Bridge, Swift, Polygon bridge, etc. The in-app bridge integration enables BitKeep to offer cross-chain asset swaps.

The BitKeeep dApp store enables users to easily navigate the dApps accessible via its interface on the supported blockchains. When a user clicks on a dApp, they are brought to the web version of the dApp in question with their Bitkeep wallet having already established the connection to the dApp.

Separate Bitkeep features give users an opportunity to discover and explore DeFi projects divided into categories, as well as those projects’ assets. The wallet also supports non-fungible tokens (NFT’s).

How Fuse integrates BitKeep

BitKeep has now added the Fuse remote procedure call (RPC) module, which means that it now fully supports the Fuse Network blockchain and the decentralized applications (dApps) running on it. In order to complete the integration, BitKeep received an ecosystem development grant from FuseDAO.

BitKeep users can now add Fuse Network to the list of chains that their wallet accounts are active on. They can then send and receive assets on Fuse Network. Among popular Fuse assets that BitKeep currently supports are FUSE, WBNB and BIFI. Projects wishing to have their token whitelisted on BitKeep need to fill out the dedicated form.

BitKeep is also working on integrating the Voltage Finance DEX in-app which will make it possible for users to make swaps on Voltage directly from the Bitkeep interface. Stay tuned for the future announcements in this regard.
